NeverSleep does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app runs entirely on your Mac.

What it monitors

NeverSleep reads local system state — CPU activity, network activity, battery level, and AI-agent build status — solely to decide when to keep your Mac awake or allow it to sleep. None of this information ever leaves your device.

What it does not do

No analytics. No tracking. No advertising. No accounts. NeverSleep makes no outbound network connections. It includes an optional local HTTP server that binds only to your own machine and is never exposed to the internet.
